At Santa Barbara Wedding Arches, we specialize in providing high-quality wedding arch rentals that combine elegance and strength. Our goal is to create a personalized, stress-free rental experience, working closely with couples, florists, and planners to ensure every detail is perfect for your ceremony backdrop. Whether you’re planning an intimate elopement or a grand celebration, our arches provide the perfect foundation for stunning wedding decor.

What do your wedding arch rental services include?
Our services cover everything you need: rental item(s), delivery and setup, breakdown and pickup, and seamless vendor communication.
How are your services priced?
Our pricing is straightforward: we charge a rental fee and a delivery/setup/strike fee. Our arch rental fees start at $200, depending on the arch, and a delivery/setup/strike fee is calculated based on your venue’s location.
Do you offer industry discounts?

Where do you deliver?
We currently serve Santa Barbara and surrounding areas. Not sure if we serve your event location? Just reach out—we’re happy to confirm!
What is your deposit fee? Is it refundable?
100% of the payment is due at the time of booking, 50% of this payment is nonrefundable should you decide to cancel your rental.
How late do you offer pickups?
Standard pickups are usually completed right after the ceremony ends (with time to take photos, of course!). Our cutoff time is 9 p.m. However, if you want to keep partying with your arch, we offer a late-night pickup service for an additional fee that is calculated based on your venue location.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are allowed up to 30 days before your event; however, 50% of your payment remains nonrefundable. If a cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event, the full rental fee will be charged. In the case of emergencies, such as severe weather or unforeseen personal circumstances, we will make every effort to accommodate a new date if possible.
What happens in the event of severe weather?
If severe weather requires moving your ceremony indoors, we’ll work with your planning team to adjust, provided it’s safe for our team to do so.
Do you have a rental minimum?
Not at all – we’re happy to cater to small or big celebration needs!
